Breathflow Yoga is a Sunday evening practice designed to help you reset, strengthen, and settle in for the week ahead.

This class blends smooth yoga flow, gentle strength work, and deep, winter-friendly stretching, all intentionally woven together with breath and mindfulness.

You’ll move through grounding sequences that build heat and stability, unwind tension with restorative stretches, and finish with a short, simple breathwork practice to calm the nervous system.

Class closes with a touch of mindfulness to help you feel centered, clear, and connected.
Perfect for all levels—come as you are, leave feeling lighter, stronger, and reset.
